Mustard

Mustard seeds come in three varities Black, brown and yellowish white. The brown variety is most commonly used in Indian cooking. Most parts of this plant are used  such as its leaves are a delicacy in Northern India. While its seed is widely used in Southern Indian receipes. Perhaps this is one Spice that is loved the world over as Mustard sauce in the west and as seed and oil in Asia. Also this is one spice the spainards carried about on their voyages of dicoveries.

Mustard is known to improve blood circulation and ease joint and muscle pain traditionally. It is also known to aid digestion and clear chest and head congestions or heaviness. Sulphuric in nature it is second most popular spice in the world.
